Eight Junior Analysts (Technical) in the Deptt. Of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology. Out of eight posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates & two posts are reserved for OBC candidates. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped [Hearing Impaired or Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy(one leg/one arm affected)] persons. Qualifications : Essential : A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or equivalent OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent B. Experience : Two years’ experience of scrutiny and analysis of proposals or programmes related to development of Science and Technology and monitoring of their implementation. Duties : To make preliminary analysis and scrutiny of the proposals/programmes. To suggest the collection of additional and supplementary information for final approval. To obtain information regarding progress in implementation of programmes/projects. To collect, collate, tabulate and interpret data, wherever considered necessary. To assist scientists. HQ : New Delhi.
