University Grants Commission invites applications for the award of 2000 fellowships for SC candidates
and 667 fellowships for ST candidates for the year 2013-14 respectively under Rajiv Gandhi National
Fellowship for SC/ST Candidates to undertake advanced studies and research in Sciences, Engineering
& Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences in Indian universities & colleges for pursuing full time
studies leading to M.Phil/Ph.D degree. This fellowship is applicable only to SC/ST candidates who are
not availing of the benefit to JRF of UGC-NET or UGC-CSIR NET.
Applications in the prescribed format may be submitted only through on-line mode latest
by one month`s time from the date of publication of the advertisement (non-extendable) by logging
in website: www.ugc.ac.in/rgnf
