Volunteering opportunity

NCF is looking for interested volunteers for field research activities in southern Karnataka from mid March to end July. If shortlisted, volunteers would be requested to meet the NCF team personally at the Bangalore
Banashankari 2nd Stage office. Volunteers will have to commit a minimum of 4 days at a stretch. Preference would be given to volunteers with ability to identify animal signs and tracks. Conversational knowledge of Kannada and ability to drive 4-wheeler would be an added advantage.

Dates will be finalised and intimated to volunteers after the shortlisting process is completed. Applicants will be selected based on their knowledge and interest in wildlife conservation. Though we encourage applicants from other regions to apply, it would be beneficial for applicants who stay closer to Karnataka to participate in this volunteering opportunity due to the short duration of the activity and logistical convenience.

Interested applicants can send their CV (along with details of their previous experience about wildlife conservation, outdoor activities, etc) to rashmi@ncf-india.org with "Volunteer for field research" in the subject
line.
